  • FULL yearly blood work (CBC, Chemistry & PCV)

  • Yearly fecal exam (O&P) in-house and sent out to our lab

  • Unlimited nail trims for all species, and wing trims for birds

  • FOR BIRD PATIENTS: 1 yearly Polyoma vaccination

​

  • FOR FERRET PATIENTS: 1 yearly Distemper vaccination

​

  • FOR OUR OTHER PATIENTS: 1 ectoparasite preventative treatment per year (Revolution)

This new membership is being offered to our clients for an annual payment of $878.90, which covers your pet for 12 months, beginning on your sign-up date. There are no refunds should you choose to cancel.

* The VIP membership rates do not  include emergency fees. The plan described above is for a one year commitment and applies to a single pet.  For clients with multiple pets, we will be offering discounted pricing: $751.90 for a second pet, and $678.77 for a third pet in the same family. LIBEVC reserves the right to modify or amend the terms herein or cancel any promotion at any time.
