Acupuncture for Your Exotic Pet
Acupuncture is an integrative medicine treatment that originated in ancient China. Considered part of what is known as “holistic medicine,” acupuncture integrates seamlessly with the medicine we now practice here at LIBEVC.
Acupuncture is the practice of using thin painless needles to stimulate anatomic points on the body. Acupuncture can also involve the use of heat, electrostimulation, and other methods to achieve results. We have found it to be effective in treating pets with conditions including arthritis and musculoskeletal disorders.
